OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSES

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

The "design and slaughterhouse" area, which forms the basis of the production processes of our company, stands out as the place where the design of new models and the first planning of the production stages of these models are made within the production line. Our models, which are started to be produced with the combination of the knowledge and skills of our expert designers, go to the cutting stage after the necessary fabric supply. After the necessary controls of the fabrics of the R&D models that reach our slaughterhouse with a modern machine bench, the fabric is laid. The fabric laying process, which proceeds under the supervision of our personnel experienced in the cutting process, is cut after the required amount is reached, and its classification is completed and directed to the next stage, the sewing and accessories section.

SEWING & ACCESSORIES

The "sewing & accessories" area, which is the 2nd stage in our production processes, has an important place as the part where our products begin to take shape. Our models, whose cutting process is finished, first come to the accessories area. In this process, where hand and machine work are combined, we want to apply lithography, embroidery, etc. to our products. other types of printing and accessories are applied by our staff in a coordinated manner. Our products, whose accessory stage has been completed, reach the sewing tape and are sewn by our experienced machinist personnel. At the end of this process, each stage of which is carried out carefully, our products, which are subjected to the quality control stage, are reviewed again and any deficiencies are completed. After this part, each stage of which is carefully completed, our products are directed to the packaging and delivery area.

TRANSFER & DELIVERY

Our models that come to the "transfer & delivery" area, which is the final part for our products that have passed the sewing and accessory stages and are now ready for use, begin to be packaged. Our products, whose final controls and counts are made here, are carefully ironed and put into assortment packages. Our carefully packed products are grouped according to their models and sizes and set off to the points previously specified by you to be delivered to our valued customers. Our customers are informed about the shipping related correspondence of the delivered products and the planning of your next order is started.
